Q: Is your dog grooming near me?
A: Yes! Pampered Paws is conveniently located in the Capitol Hill Area with easy access from Aurora, Cherry Creek, Lakewood and other Denver Metro Area locations.
Q: How often should my dog need dog grooming?
A: It really depends on the dog, the owner and their lifestyle! Dogs with curly hair who need all-over body cuts should be brought in every 4-5 week. Dogs who just need baths and trims should come in every 6-7 weeks.
Q: What should I expect when coming in to use the self serve dog wash?
A: Our self dog wash is very convenient and easy to use! Our dog wash is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and it comes with two different types of shampoo (gentle or flee/tic), conditioner, a dryer with high and low settings, towels, aprons and a private room for you and your pet.
Q: How much does dog grooming cost?
A: Dog grooming prices all depend on the weight, breed and age of your pet. Please see our “Services” tab for more information on prices.
Q: How long does dog grooming take?
A: Again, it all depends on the weight, breed and age of your dog. It also depends on how often you bring your pet into the groomer and how many dogs are with the groomer that day. When you drop your dog off, the dog groomer will tell you approximately how long your pet should take.
Q: Can I watch my dog get groomed?
A: Most of the time, dogs will actually become more aggressive or nervous when the owner can be seen or heard by the dog. Because of this, and COVID precautions, we cannot allow owners to wait in the store while their dog is being groomed.
Q: What should I do if I am unhappy with the cut?
A: If you are unhappy with the way your pet was cut, please let our associates know within 24 hours of your appointment and we would be more than happy to fix up any errors for free.
Q: Do you groom cats?
A: We currently do not offer cat grooming, but we would be happy to cut your cat’s nail for $15!
